About the Role

KSU is the leading training company in our industry. Today, we contribute to the safe and stable operation of nuclear power and create, together with our customers, the education of the future. Our training is conducted both in our full-scale simulators and in modern and flexible learning environments. We are driven by a passion for learning and a curiosity for new technology.

Our most important task is to train the operational and maintenance personnel of Swedish nuclear power plants. In the future, we will also be the “Training Service Provider Europe” for SMR BWRX-300 – something we are proud of.

Your Responsibilities

As an instructor with us, you will develop and conduct theoretical and practical training for operational personnel. We also conduct and develop training for other categories within the nuclear power industry. As an instructor, you will have the privilege of leading, engaging, coaching, and developing people in their growth both in the classroom and practically at our facilities.

The role of an instructor means that you will work in the office, in the classroom, and out in the facilities at the nuclear power plants preparing, conducting, and further developing courses.

Requirements

With your openness and curiosity, you contribute to our pleasant work environment and continued development through good collaboration. Persistence and loyalty are also required to thrive and perform well in the role. You have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We utilize the opportunities of digitalization to provide course participants with individualized learning and the best possible educational effect. Therefore, we value your curiosity and interest in using digital tools in combination with theoretical teaching, simulator training, and workplace training.

We would like you to have:

• Operational experience, preferably from Forsmark 3
• An interest in training and mentoring others
• A passion for technology
• A desire to develop operations and meet customer needs
• A valid driver's license (B)
